职位名称：Senior experts in CRM development process
工作职责：
1. Manage the development, continuous refinement and deployment of CRM process and its supporting processes. And
also their link & align with other corporate processes.
2. Evaluate the execution of CRM process; optimize and manage CRM. fix the problems occurring during the
execution
of IPD process.
3. Manage the training and guidance of CRM process system;
候选人条件：
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Proficient in the related theories of process framework and design; familiar with industry basic theories and
trends of the domain. Familiar with the modes and frameworks of best-in-class (
telecommunication and IT) CRM
process.
3. About ten years(or ten more) of experience in designing or refining CRM management process in large
telecommunication equipment company, or experience in process consultation covered multiple business reengineering
projects in large telecommmunication equipment company.
4. The experience of implementing reengineering management and deployment is preferred. Or the experience of
managing the reengineering department.
