Job description:
As a software design engineer,you will join a rapidly growing team of professionals in the development and verification of real-time firmware for state-of-art System-on-Chip (SoC) devices.Your initial responsibilities will include,but are not limited to the following:
Design,development,debugging,and verification of RAID modules in C.
Write comprehensive engineering documentations.
Participate in design and reviews with engineers in both China and US sites.
Qualification
1.Over 3 years working experience on RAID technology.
2.OS driver or embedded system firmware development and test experience.
3.C programming skills.
4.Strong analysis,debugging and problem solving skills
5.Good spoken and written English.
6.Team-working, good communications,eager to learn.
7.Familiarity with storage protocols,especially SCSI,
SAS,
SATA will be the plus.
8.Previous experience in MIPS architecture and ThreadX are asset.

Job description:
You will be joining a rapidly growing team focusing on storage technologies development. Your initial responsibilities, but are not limited to the following:
Contribute to product definition through working with customers, marketing team, chip design team, and system validation team.
Research technical complexity of software/firmware for enterprise storage chip and define the architecture.
Write comprehensive engineering documentation.
Participate in detailed technical design and code reviews.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex software/firmware problems in embedded real-time systems
Builds cross-functional relationships to gain support for functional goals, including correlating with other architects around company
Research new technology on storage area and give presentation to whole team.
Assist in the evolution of the development process
Qualification
1. Education degree on CS/EE or equivalent, and 10+ years working experience.
2. Over 5 years working on storage software or firmware, such as Fibre Channel, RAID, SCSI, SAS, SATA, and enclosure management technologies.
3. As architect, directed more than 3 software or firmware projects and gained final success.
4. Ability to interact with multiple teams on the project and resolve the problems in the proper way.
5. Fluent on oral English. No any barrier to lively communicate with English speaker.
6. Quickly adapt to different company culture and learn the development process
7. Ability to quickly learn and come up to speed on new technologies.
8. Experience in C, and assembly language development and debug experience.
9. Strong team-working, communication and influence personality.
10. Familiar with silicon chip design and development process is high preferred.
11. Experience with embedded processor, such as MIPS, and RTOS, such as ThreadX would be asset.
12. Use of storage testers, analyzer tools is a plus
